Chief Executive Officer of the newest boxing promotional hub the Don’s promotions Mr Michael Nii Yarboi has exclusively told boxing Ghana about his outfit’s preparedness towards holding an international bout in May 2019 in Accra-Ghana.
The promoter who is setting the pace with the inclusion of Pay TV in their maiden promotional debut is planning of setting up and paying for everything involved in an international boxing match-up for his two boxers both Robert Quaye and Obodai Sai and is prepared to host world title bout in Ghana this year.
“We are working on the International WBO title bout, Both Obodai Sai and Robert Quaye are going to fight for the WBO international bout and that is what we are working on.” Mr. Annan Said.
Robert Quaye KOed his Tanzanian opponent Vincent Mbilinyi (10-2-4, 5KOs) on boxing day the 26 of December 2018 in the very first round of their scheduled twelve and Obodai Sai equally decisioned his tough talking South African France Ramabolu(10-4,5KOs) by a UD.
Don’s promotions is preparing for their May bout which promises to be packed with some mouthwatering match-ups..and if the first one is anything to go by then boxing fans should be ready for another wonderful treat.
