Ghana’s Richard Commey has moved up in the last International Boxing Federation (IBF) rankings in 2017 which is December.
Commey in November was ranked number 4 by the sanction body but in the latest rankings he has moved up to number 3.
The James-Town native on February 3rd in Texas will face IBF number 11, Alejandro Luna in an IBF eliminator.
The winner will face either Robert Easter Jr. (current champion) or Javier Fortuna – the duo will fight on January 20th.
