Ghana’s Isaac Dogboe will travel to Maryland, USA, on April 28th to battle Mexico’s Jessie Magdaleno on April 28th.
At stake for the upcoming clash is Magdaleno’s WBO World super bantamweight title.
The Ghanaian got a shot at Magdaleno’s belt after stopping Cesar Juarez in round 5 last month to win the interim WBO World super bantamweight belt.
Magdaleno won the WBO strap when he dethroned Nonito Donaire in November 2016.
He made his first defense of his belt after stopping Adeilson Dos Santos in four rounds in April 2017.
Magdaleno’s fight against Dogboe will be his second defense of his belt.
