Ghana’s former world title challenger, Habib ‘Hurricane’ Ahmed (27-1-1, 18 KOs) has stepped in as last minute replacement for Covid-19 infected Jorge Cota against lanky American, Sebastian ‘Towering Inferno’ Fundora (15-0-1, 10 KOs) on the #SpenceGarcia undercard this Saturday in a WBC title eliminator.
According to the promoters, the fight is still scheduled to take place at 154 pounds despite Ahmed never fighting below middleweight even though the Ghanaian is already scheduled to fight at super welterweight against Alani Sulaimon in Lagos, Nigeria next week Saturday, December 12.
