Ghana’s Sheriff Quaye will face Argentina’s Facundo Alvaraz on March 24th at the Ho Sports Stadium.
At stake for the upcoming clash will be the World Pugilists Commission (WPC) lightweight.
The clash dubbed ‘Rumble in the Volta’ is under the auspices of Dunoo’s Promotions and aimed at fighting tuberculosis in partnership with Stop TB Ghana.
Quaye in his last four fight has won three and lost one – his only lost was against Morocco’s Mohamed El Marcouchi.
Alvarez has failed to claim a win in his six professional fights
