On Wednesday afternoon (3:00pm), the Board of the Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) will be paying a visit to Isaac Dogboe at his training camp at the House of Lords Hotel in North Kaneshie, Accra.
The GBA team led by Peter Zwennes will be storming Dogboe’s training camp to offer their support to the 23 year-old puglist ahead of his upcoming fight.
Dogboe will be fighting Mexico’s Cesar Juarez for the interim WBO World super bantamweight strap on January 6th at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
Ghana has been without a World title since 2010 after Jospeh Agbeko reclaimed his IBF World bantamweight belt.
The last time the country came close in winning a World title was in 2016 when Richard Commey failed to win the IBF World lightweight belt after he lost via a disputed split decision to Robert Easer Jr.
