Ghana’s Fredrick ‘General’ Lawson has bounced back with a win against veteran Carlos Winsto Velasquez on Friday, October 4, 2019 in USA.
It was Lawson’s first fight after his shocking loss to Juan Ruiz in March, however, the Ghanaian proved too strong for Velaquez.
The former Olympian dominated Velasquez to claim a unanimous decision in their super welterweight contest billed for six-rounds.
With the win, Lawson has improved to, 30, 28-2 (21 KOs), while Velaquez dropped to 27, 36-2,(17 KOs).
