Samuel ‘Ring Warrior’ Takyi of the Ghana Black Bombers will battle his way through the Olympics on the 24th of July 2021.
The ‘Ring Warrior’ of the Black Bombers will represent Ghana in the 57kg category and promises he will put all his hidden skills to display.
Noted for his ring adaptation, the Black Bombers Coach, Dr. Ofori Asare, GBA PRO, Mr. Sammy Heywood Okine among others present with the team in Tokyo have heaped praise on the young and combative fighter.
In a short video captured by yours truly Sammy Heywood, Takyi said
“I’m ready for the 1st win, 2nd win, 3rd win and my 4th win to bring the gold home. I want to prove and show to the whole world that I’m the best, I can do it.
Im the best in 57kg, featherweight, so I’ll prove to the world that I’m the best.”
As he prepares for his journey in the Olympics, the entire team requires all the support necessary to give both boxers and management a sound mind to deliver as they have promised.
