Ghana’s Emmanuel Tagoe and Namibia’s Paulus Moses are ready to do battle this Saturday, October 20, at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

The two boxers made the weight on Friday at the aforementioned venue ahead of the clash.

Moses was first to step on the scales and he weighed 60.35kg as against Tagoe’s 61kg.

At stake for the clash is the vacant WBO Africa lightweight title.

The two pugilists in their interaction with the media promised fireworks.

Moses said, “I’m not under pressure because I know I will beat Tagoe. He has not fought a world-class boxer like me.

“I don’t care about the crowd, my aim is to return to Namibia with the belt and I will definitely do that.”

However, Tagoe is also optimistic of a victory on the said date.

“No doubt, Moses is a good boxer but he can’t prevent me from winning the belt. The title is staying in Ghana and that is a promise.

“I want the fans to fill the arena and I will not disappoint them.”
