IBO lightweight champion, Emmanuel Tagoe, will be fighting Germany’s Howik Bebraham or Russia’s Fedor Papazov, Boxingghana.com can report.
Bebraham – Papazov have been ordered by the IBO championship committee to fight in an elimination bout in March 2018.
The winner will automatically get a shot at Tagoe’s IBO lightweight title.
Two weeks ago, Tagoe made his first defense of his belt after stopping Argentina’s Fernando David Saucedo.
The James Town native first won the belt in December 2016 when he defeated South Africa’s Mzonke Fana.
