Ghana’s Duke Micah is close in getting his first world title shot as he has moved to 4th in the bantamweight division in the latest World Boxing Organisation (WBO) rankings for the month of May.
Last month, Micah was ranked number 7 in the division and this month he has moved three places up.
The 26 year-old boxer has been one of the pugilists earmarked to win a world title for Ghana.
On June 9th in Brooklyn, USA, Micah will be making his second defense of his WBC international bantamweight strap against America’s Thomas Snow.
