In a fight where the three judges scored the bout 97-92, 97-93 in favour of Duke ‘the terminator’ Micah and 95-94 for the American Thomas ‘K.O’ Snow, the Ghanaian sure did not disappoint as he boxed throughout and outpunched his opponent by far.

Duke was very calculated and danced his way in the ring round by round until the final round when he claimed a split decision against the American Snow.

At stake was the World Boxing Council International Bantamweight title which the Ghanaian defended effortlessly for the second time against the American Thomas Snow.

The Jamestown native has now improved his record to 21 victories with 18 KOs and still yet to taste a defeat.

Kudos to the handlers of Duke Micah because the fight was more tactical than ever and they sure lived up to the billing.

Credit must be accorded the American as well. For a boxer whose last fight came on the 14th of October, 2017, he surely did not look rusty.

The southpaw with 91 rounds of boxing to his credit so far and a knockout percentage of 52 now is still a force to reckon with.

Undefeated World Boxing Council International Bantamweight champion has now defended his strap successfully on two consecutive occasions and Ghana is very proud of this great feat.

It must be said that American made his professional debut on November 5, 2005 with a first-round knockout of debuting Ronald Viera.

Through his first seven fights Snow compiled seven wins and 5 first-round knockouts against suspect competition; five of the first seven opponents had never fought as pros before; that record has always haunted him but he has improved ever since especially in this bout against a crack pugilist like Micah.

Watch the space as more is to follow on this emphatic victory.
