Braimah Kamoko aka Bukom Banku, also known as ‘African Mayweather’ brutally KOed Rojhat Bilgetekin (10-18 9 KOs)  in round three of their scheduled 10 rounder at the St. George Hall in Bradford, UK on yesterday September 7, 2019.

Before the fight, Banku was in some confidently bullish mood amidst the hard UK weather. stating:

“Charlie I’m feeling very cold here. Not easy to search for money oo Banku. The journey is very far, from Accra to Belgium then to London.. I’m going to make wild. I’ll not joke with the opponent. I can’t joke with this fight. What are u saying. Fuck your mothers. I should loose this fight so you all insult me? If he puch I’ll punch, no joke.. I’m fighting out with my life. Will let them know I’m mad rough” Briamah expressed.

Braimah Kamoko was dominant from round one, commanded the ring with his superb jabs and flurry combos. Even though Kamoko looked stamina suspect, a timely combination of punches  plus his left and right jabs made  Rojhat Bilgetekin wobble and eventually visited his canvas in round 3.

The Ghanaian is now the World Boxing Union (WBU) cruiserweight champion of the world and has further improved his enviable record to (31- 1, 24 KOs).

Braimah Issah Kamoko is a former West African Boxing Union Super Middle Titilist, African Boxing Union Light Heavy, World Boxing Organisation Africa Light Heavy, World Boxing Organisation Africa Light Heavy, World Boxing Organisation Africa Cruiser Titles and is arguably Ghana’s most popular boxer. His only defeat was against current undefeated Samir Bastie.
