Ghana’s Richard ‘Crisantos Azonto’ will take on America’s Alejandro Luna in an IBF World lightweight eliminator on February 10th in Texas.
The winner of the epic clash will have a shot at the title currently being held by Robert Easter Jr.
It means that should the James Town native wins, he will be having a rematch with Easter and it will be a bloody fight.
The two fought last year September for the vacant IBF World lightweight strap, but Easter toppled the Ghanaian by claiming a disputed split decision.
Commey took to Twitter to confirm his upcoming fight with Luna.
Glad to let you know I will be fighting Alejandro Luna on Feb 10th for the IBF #1 mandatory position to face @RobertEaster_Jr in Texas on the #GarciaLipinets undercard. I would like to thank my promoter @loudibella my manager @Mickey_Moo for getting me this opportunity.
