Bastie Samir To Return To USA
Undefeated Bastie Samir will make a return to the ring in the USA in February 2019 as he relaunches his world title chase.
News reaching Yours Truly states that it will be the first fight for ‘Doobia’ since inflicting a first career defeat on Bukom Banku back in October 2017.
The boxer with a record of 16 wins, no defeat and one draw has not fought for a long time as many opponents are running away after he boldly faced and knocked out Braima Kamoko aka Bukom Banku at the Bukom Boxing Arena, which attacted a record crowd.
His local trainer, Ofori Asare said it is true that he lacks opponents, and so the best way to make him earn a living is to go to where they box, and that is Europe or the United States of America (USA).
Coach Asare said Bastie is too much hungry to devour, and he needs tough opponents to beat for the world to see he is a champion. “We are ready for the world champions” he expressed.
