President of Baby Jet Promotions and Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan, has advised Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe ahead of his January 27th clash at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

According to Gyan, Tagoe shouldn’t underrate his Argentine opponent Fernando David Saucedo.

“I know what Emmanuel Tagoe can do in the ring, he is an intelligent boxer,” Gyan told Accra-based Hot FM.

“Emmanuel Tagoe should not be complacent, he should not underrate Saucedo. If the KO comes he should take it,  if he wants to win by decision then he should go for it.”

Gyan concluded, “My advise to Tagoe is that he shouldn’t underrate Saucedo because this fight is between Ghana and Argentina.”

Tagoe will be making his first defense of his IBO lightweight belt against the Argentine.

The Ghanaian won the belt in December 2016 when he defeated former World champion Mzonke Fana from South Africa.
