2018 Commonwealth Games: Ghana’s Wahid Omar Loses To Harry Garside

Ghana’s Abdul Wahid Omar failed to progress to the next stage of the competition after losing to Australia’s Harry Garside on Thursday in the ongoing Commonwealth Games.

Omar lost to Garside via unanimous decision in the bantamweight division.

Prior to the games, Omar was one of Ghana’s medal hopefuls.

At the last Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, he won Ghana’s only medal, which was Bronze.
