While it’s somewhat a classical of an apple-to-orange situation, World titlist coach Paul Dogboe, took exception to the notion being put across by some few minority who misconstrued his “making business sense” comments on the matter of Wasiru vs. Dogboe possible match-up.
“People are asking me what do I mean by “Business sense.” As you know, Isaac Dogboe will not fight 122.
We are doing… We’ve moved up weight now to fight 126. So, if we’re fighting for a belt in 126, we fight 126. But if we don’t, we’re fighting 128, because we have to be comfortable. We’re not fighting in super
bantamweight division anymore. So, these are the things I mean by “Business Sense.” That’s one of the factors of business sense. People do fight in catchweight, so if the city and the country and the world want to see certain kind of fight, and the people are in two different weight divisions, they do come to an agreement on the weight that they should fight in, and it’s done. So, this is it. That’s why we use that
phrase “Business sense”. It has to make business sense. Pretty straight forward.” Paul Dogboe explained to BoxingGhana.

Isaac Dogboe’s father, Paul Dogboe, was very emphatic that the ‘Royal Storm’ is going to come back and come back stronger than.
“Isaac Dogboe will come back, all I can say is this. We have to spend money to put this young champ where he is today.” Paul confidently stated.
Isaac Dogboe is hell-bent on fighting his former sparring partner Carl Frampton, who purportedly claim to have knocked down Dogboe “putting him flat on his back with a left hook” in one of their sparring sessions, an assertion which has strongly been denied as untrue by Team Dogboe and they’re calling for an official showdown next year 2020.
