Ghana’s undefeated World Boxing Council International Bantamweight Titlist Duke Akueteh Micah is set to make an announcement on his next fight in the coming days after sometime in hybernation.

It will be another season of hope for Ghana’s undefeated boxer, Duke Micah, when he makes his bow in the square ring after some eight months of inactivity.

Ghana’s Duke Micah confirmed his upcoming bout in a coded tweet yesterday which read; “Big news coming soon.” The undefeated ‘Duke’ Ghana’s best bet to be next world champion tweeted.

 

 

The United States based Duke Micah (22-0, 18 KOs) whose last fight was against American Thomas Snow (19-4,12 KOs),  in September last year 2018 and has 22 professional bouts which translated to 118 rounds of boxing with an enviable knockout ratio of 82 percent.

Earlier in the month of February, King’s Promotions announced that it had entered into co-promotional agreement’s with four highly touted undefeated fighters, which included Duke Micah but it appears the matter has finally been nipped in the bud for the Ghanaian to carry on from where he left off.

“Now that Duke Micah is free from his promotional contract, I look forward to guiding him the same way I guided Richard Commey to become a world champion. The work starts now!.” Michael Amoo Bediako tweeted.

The self styled ‘Terminator’ is a former Commonwealth (British Empire) Bantamweight Champion, World Boxing Organisation Africa Bantamweight titlist and still the current World Boxing Council International Bantamweight Champion.
