Wisdom Boxing Gym product, Theophilus Kpakpo Allotey alias ‘Theo Lopez’ suffered a split points decision loss to his Chinese opponent in flyweight round of 16, meaning Ghana will not be represented in men’s boxing at the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
All eyes are now on the only female contender, USA based Ornella Sathoud who battles for a place in women’s middleweight quarter finals on Saturday.
