USA born Brian Vera (26-13,16 KOs) is hoping to re-launch his career after exactly one year hybernation from the sport of pugilism.
After suffering back to back defeats to both Jas Phipps and Mike Gavronski in 2017, the Texas based boxer disappeared from the pugilist scene for a whole year.
With an appreciable 247 rounds of boxing to his credit, out of 39 career bouts against a knockout ratio of 41 percent, though very experienced, the American will find it hard to beat his Ghanaian counterpart Agbeko who has so far 22 bouts with one defeat winning the rest.
Agbeko has so far 22 rounds of professional bouts with an incredible 83percent knockout ratio.
The 26 years old Ghanaian, won his last fight in March of this year against his American southpaw Lawrence Blakey over six rounds via a UD.
The light middleweight Agbeko must beat an experienced boxer in Brian Vera who is ten years older than himself at age 36.
Brian Vera once held the International Boxing Association Intercontinental Super Middleweight Title and World Boxing Organisation NABO Middleweight Title at his prime.
