Sarah ‘Hard Puncher’ Apew after her series of training and calling for a bout to showcase her talent finally mounts the ring on the 27th of August, 2021 at the Osu Salem Park in an all-amateur event made possible by Silver Black Promotions themed, ‘Kings Belt’.
Apew has been in the gym and showed promise with her movement and ferocious training. At a point she trained as though she had a title bout until an interview with the sensational dancing feet yet hard punching Apew explained she was yet to mount the ring in any competition.
Sarah, who is a member of the Black Bombers, faces her teammate in the Bombers Fairuza Osuman in a rather fierce contest and one of the anticipated bouts of the night as both have trained together for long and might easily catch the other on the loose. Their fight will be won on mind games and tenacity.
In an interview with 29PhotoStudio, the brain behind the branding of Sarah Apew, they disclosed to BoxinGhana.com saying, “Sarah is ready and needs to be put to the test, she has been training with not serious competition and that is not going to help her in anyway. As a fighter, you need to be constantly involved with other people so you can access your strength and weakness before you get into a title competition. We have watched her in training and off training and she looks composed and ready. Every manager or coach would be proud to have such a fighter in the ring with a never surrender fighting spirit.”
As many are wondering if this would cause Sarah to go pro or not, it still remains unanswered but for the pleasure of the eyes of all who will be in attendance, Sarah ‘Hard Puncher’ Apew has promised she will give one of the best fights in the female division so all and sundry should come and support in their numbers.
