Greater Accra is no doubt the hub of boxing in Ghana. The number of boxing clubs within Greater Accra outnumber the sum of clubs in the remaining fifteen regions of Ghana.

Boxing Clubs train in various settings; indoor, open air or combined spaces.

Jamestown Boxing Club, named after one of the oldest towns in Accra is the “baby” of all clubs within the Region, and arguably the youngest boxing club in Ghana.
