Newly crowned interim WBO World super bantamweight champion, Isaac Dogboe, has presented his title to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
Dogboe and his team were at the Flagstaff House on Tuesday afternoon to present the title he won over the weekend to Akuf0-Addo.
The 23 year-old hard puncher also used the opportunity to thank the President for his tremendous support and discussed other matters relating to boxing.
Dogboe was at the Flagstaff House alongside his father and trainer Paul Dogboe, his manager Marwan Zakem and his uncle.
The former Olympian destroyed Mexico’s Cesar Juarez last Saturday at the Bukom Boxing Arena to win the aforementioned belt.
Dogboe is now in line to face full WBO World super bantamweight champion Jessie Magdaleno who is currently nursing an injury.
