The National Amateur Boxing team of Ghana, the Black Bombers, are currently in Cape Coast in the Central Region preparing for this year’s Commonwealth Games in Australia in April.
The team ended their fourth months non residential camping in Accra as they moved to Cape Coast last Wednesday with 10 boxers.
The boxers will be in camp for one month and their daily training are being supervised by coach Akai Nettey and Lartekwei Lartey. The team’s head coach Ofori Asare is currently in Ethiopia conducting a coaching course.
Then 10 boxers in camp are, Sulemanu Tetteh, Samuel Addo, Akimos Ampiah, Abdul Wahid Omar, Azumah Mohammed, Jessie Lartey, Abubakar Quartey, Muah Ramah Lawson, Major Suleman and Shakuul Samir.
