Ghana’s Justice “Quick Action” Addy has failed in bid for to win the WBF international welterweight title following after suffering a unanimous points decision loss to holder, Rilwan ‘Babyface’ Babatunde in Lagos Nigeria on Christmas Eve, 24 December, 2021.
The bout, which was the biggest of the six contests held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium in Lagos, Nigeria was accompanied by live musical performance by hot music act, Jamopyper.
Addy, who, two weeks ago, vowed to dismiss the Nigerian in double quick time, was dispatched by his opponent much to the pleasure of the home based supporters present.
The defeat means, the Ghanaian fighter will now have have work his way up the welterweight rankings in order to get another shot at the African Title.
