Nigerian poster boy Felix Williams (27-1,20 KOs) is set to clash gloves with his nemesis, Filipino, Eugene Gajo Lagos alias, Rambo/Ramzkie christened 9th August at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra-Ghana.

Don’s Promotions’ ‘Battle for Supremacy’ show has Felix Williams and Obodai Sai co-headlining the show.

The self styled ‘Rambo’ Eugene Lagos, from Valencia City in the Philippines, is such a brawler and has fought some crack boxers like Valery Tretyakov, Ray Ximenez, Cesar Juarez in a stay-busy 10 round bout at the Auditorio Municipal in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico and few others.

Filipino boxer Eugene ‘Rambo’ Lagos, in 2018 knocked out previously unbeaten Golden Boy Prospect Emilio Sanchez which shoot him into the limelight.

With a record of 16 victories to 5 defeats and 11 KOs, the Philipino Eugene Lagos will be hoping for an upset.

But Eugene must get past another crack opponent in the Ghana based Nigerian boxer Felix Williams, who is the newest addition to the Don’s Promotions ever growing flamboyant stables, which houses the likes of Bastie Samir, Patrick Ayi, Theophilus Tetteh, Robert Quaye and Obodai Sai.

Felix is an exceptional boxer with an enviable record of 27 wins against one defeat with Fatiou Fassinou when he attempted the vacant World Boxing Council International Silver Super Bantamweight Title five years ago in 2014. He has since chalked 11 back to back victories.

The Nigerian is a former Ghanaian Super Bantamweight Titlist and commands 28 bouts in 166 rounds of pure pugilism action, culminating in KO percentage ratio of 71.

Some of his very recent victims are Mouibi Sarouna whom he KOed in round 1, Isaac Okine,  David Kotey all by KOs. With his (27-1,20 KOs), Felix is one of the most feared boxers in his division.

Nigerian, Felix Williams is one of the most avoided boxers in his division and has had his opponents changed twice before finally landed on Eugene Lagos.

Eugene has fought some of the best toe-to-toe boxers in the world with mix results. He is an unpredictable boxer and can spring a surprise at any moment.

He was brutally KOed by Cesar Juarez in April 2007 and was unconscious for some time in round 3. Eugene is a well-travelled boxer who occasionally goes for the block but always fall short.

He fights a boxer brewed in a typical African combatant, Felix Williams at a time when Williams is peaking on the ascendancy and fancies a world title shot.

A straight victory for the Nigerian boxer.
