Joseph Agbeko To Feature On Zero Borla Fashion And Music Concert
Two world known great sportsmen will join a host of artistes and models to thrill entertainment fans at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, September 28, 2019 for the first Zero Borla Fashion And Music Concert.
Organisers of the show told Yours Truly in an exclusive interview that all is almost set for the event which is to create public awareness on the ban on single use plastics and polythene as well as the dangers they pose to the earth and ocean.
Wael Hakim of Wahala Entertainment said aside the popular musicians like Lady Jah, Jupiter, Stone Bwoy, EL, Tinny, Tic Tac and others, the biggest surprise package may come from former Black Stars captain Stephen ‘Tornado’ Appiah and Joseph ‘Fresh King Kong’ Agbeko who will also model in plastic waste.
According to Wael Hakim, Ghana used to be a lovely and romantic place, but the beaches and streets are being contaminated with ‘borla’ which every Ghanaian must woke up to and solve.
He said the musicians and stars appearing on the concert are advocates who are trying their best to help the government to solve the sanitation problems in the capital.
Ambassador Ashim Morton, chief executive of Wash Africa who is one of the organisers said preparation for the event has reached an advanced stage.
The Zero Borla Music and Fashion Concert is supported by Wash Africa, Zen Gardens, Bank of Africa, TV 4 Live and other media partners.
