JARREL ‘BIG BABY’ MILLER  TO FIGHT GBENGA OLUOKUN IN TANZANIA

Tanzania.

American Jarrel Miller has agreed to a deal for a February 23 heavyweight clash versus Nigerian born Gbenga Oluokun at The Super Dome Arena, Masaki, Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

Miller (25-0-1, 21KOs) was due to challenge Anthony Joshua for the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles in 2019, but was denied a license to box after failing multiple drug tests.

In the intervening period of time, Oluokun (22-13-0, 14KOs) who participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics for his native West African country, has ever faced former world champions and contenders including the likes of Kubrat Pulev, Lamon Brewster, Robert Helenius and so on.

In other news, After his referee technical decision win over South African Toto Helebe last November, Tanzania’s Pacman Nassibu Ramadhani (33-17-2, 20KOs) will again step into the ring against (16-0-0, 12KOs) Rilwan Lawal of Nigeria.

Solomon Adebayo and Tope Musa Tajudeen of Nigeria, will make their second visit to Tanzania after coming out as winners last November, this time Solomon Adebayo Will fight Dickson Mwakisopile and Tope Tajudeen will take on Ally Mwerangib resprctively.

Other supporting bouts, Hamidu Kwata versus Opeyemi Adeyemi, Alphonce Mchumiatumbo vs Tervel Pulev, Emmanuel Shendada vs Lutengano John, Michael Ntobeko vs Daniel Matefu, Shomari Milund vs Emmanuel chivoli, Ally Mkojani vs Adam Dacha.
