Former WBO world champion Isaac ‘The Royal Storm’ Dogboe is highly motivated and poised in attaining an enviable feat as a two-time world champion as well as a two-division world champion as he faces former WBO Youth featherweight champion Christopher Diaz.

The NABF Featherweight champion, Dogboe in an interview disclosed his excitement ahead of the November 20 bout in Vegas under the Crawford vs Porter main event

“I’m excited for this challenge, a massive opportunity to get closer to becoming a two-division world champion,” Dogboe said.

“This is a fight the fans won’t want to miss. I know Christopher is tough, but I’m stronger, tougher, and smarter. I’d like to commend everyone at Top Rank for making this fight possible and to Diaz for accepting the challenge. I always want to give the fans something to remember. That’s why I leave it all in the ring.” Isaac Dogboe expressed.

Knowing very well how important this fight is, Isaac Dogboe (22-2, 15KOs) must perform better than his very recent fight with Adam Lopez where he decisioned the American five months ago to claim the NABF strap.

Dogboe’s challenger on the night, Christopher Diaz, will seek to get on track for a world title shot after he lost to Emanuel Navarrete in April this year with the WBO world feather title at stake. Diaz (26-3, 16KOs) recorded his first career defeat to Shakur Stevenson which was his first world title shot.

The Puerto Rican who is poised for a first world title said, “I’m coming back, and I’m very excited about fighting on a great stage like Crawford vs. Porter. Dogboe is a solid fighter who only has two losses against Navarrete. We both have a lot to give to boxing. The fans already know what to expect every time I get in the ring. I’m sure this fight will steal the show on November 20.”

Isaac Dogboe vs Christopher Diaz is a fight to watch come November 20 from the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

The event is promoted by Top Rank and TGB Promotions and set to be aired on ESPN.
