I Will Beat You Again – Sheriff Quaye To Benjamin Lamptey
Sheriff Quaye has promised to destroy Benjamin Lamptey in their rematch battle this Saturday at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
The bout forms part of the 60th birthday celebration of boxing legend Azumah Nelson.
Quaye-Lamptey clash will be the fight of the night due to the long standing rivalry between the pugilists.
The two boxers met two years ago, during the commissioned of the Bukom Boxing Arena and Quaye toppled Lamptey via split decision to win the National lightweight belt.
A result Lamptey has expressed his dissatifaction – he has protested up to day and he has gotten the rematch he has been looking for.
Ahead of the fight, Quaye has vowed silence his old foe.
“I know that i won clearly in our first fight, but Benjamin Lamptey has been saying he was robbed, “Quaye said.
“We will be fighting for the second time and this time i will beat him to keep his mouth shut. There is no way Lamptey can beat me bevause in know him very well.”
