Musician turn boxer, Paul Sackey of Akotoku Academy has revealed that he’s very ready for his fight this Saturday.
Sackey (6-0) will be coming up against Wisdom Agbogbleamenu in an 8 round light heavyweight contest.
Paul Sackey, currently ranked 5th in Ghana and 336th in the world in his division, is expected to come out on top in this battle. His opponent Wisdom has nevertheless promised fireworks come fight night.
Both boxers have emphasized that they have had very good preparation coming into this bout.
According to Sackey, his preparation has been top notch
“I’m having one of the best preparations because this will be my first fight this year.”
“I’m still on the verge of becoming one of the finest boxers in the light heavyweight division in Ghana, and I want to also grab the opportunity to fight for the national title.
“I’ve got a good team headed by Coach Elvis Robertson and a big support from my sister who’s my manager. They always put me in shape before every fight and for that matter I’m not going to let them down but to assure them of victory come 13th April, thanks.” Sackey revealed.
Both fighters expressed gratitude to Wisdom Boxing Promotions for bringing more eyes to the sport as well as making continuous efforts to expand the reach of boxing.
