Ghana and the world better watch out because something special is brewing for Ghana’s Habib Ahmed ever since he joined his new management team LPMG. He recently stepped down in weight division to the 168.

Herman Caicedo is his trainer and the Ghanaian did not leave him out of the praise as he got the opportunity to spar with a former world champion in Andre Dirrel.

“I am most honoured and much more privileged to have a sparring with a former world champion “Andre Dirrel” which I must say has given me a whole lots of experience as a professional boxer. Once again thank you Champ Andre Dirrel.”

With a record of (26-1-1, 18KOs), Habib Ahmed has together with his management decided to step down in weight class from Super middleweight to the middleweight division. In a move to capture the world title and it’s seems to be paying off.

Under his new management, the Ghanaian has found his much needed confidence and recently KOed Sunday Ajuwa in far away Nigeria via a round two TKO.

The 5′ 8″   /   173cm height USA based boxer suffered his first career defeat to Gilberto Ramirez due to inexperience but has since seen a total transformation and is now sparring and winning against some of the best in the business.

Ahmed is really like a volcano gradually building momentum and the stage is set for bigger things to come in the very very near future. Watch out people!
