Ghana’s featherweight prospect Stanley Nyantakyi awarded personality of the year 23
Ghana’s featherweight prospect Stanley Nyantakyi, famed Ashanti Warrior, received a prestigious award by the Golden Age Business and Creative Art Awards 2023 in recognition of his excellent ring craft in the year in question.
The workers day edition of the awards took place yesterday, the 1st of May, at the plush La Palm Royal Beach Resort in Accra-Ghana.
Golden Age Business and Creative Art Awards 2023 is arguably Ghana’s biggest award for business, entrepreneurs, and creative art, which seeks to celebrate individual workers or creatives who have excelled in their line of work.
It comes as no surprise as the Ashanti born pugilist continues to exhibit his unwavering determination, incredible skills and commands the support of his community and tribesmen in Ashanti, a combination that a boxer needs to catapult him to greatness and eventually on his way to becoming a world champion.
A protégé of an experienced world-class coach in Carl Lawrence Lokko of the Bronx Boxing Gym, Stanley, has all the arsenals needed to become a great fighter and a world beater. Perhaps a little exposure outside his comfort zone would be a great impetus for his career in terms of experience.
With 10 bouts to his credit and 31 rounds of pure pigulism career action, winning 9 by way of knockouts, which translates into 100 percent knockout ratio. The Ashanti native, only has one blemish in his career which was registered last year March 2023 against Emmanuel Mawuli in his first professional debut fight.
His handlers let by Gordon Frimpong is optimistic of his chances and have pledged an unwavering support for his boxer.
