The ever inspirational Ghana boxing supporters Union(GBSU) which was established in 2016 and has since supported every single Ghanaian fight with their motivational and danceable  songs are at it again,

this time they have decided to put their wait behind another Ghanaian fighter Habib Ahmed(25-0, 17 KOs).

Since its inception the GBSU have supported every single bout in Ghana.

Boxingghana.com caught up with them to find out if they were equally going to extend that support to Habib Ahmed and the response was affirmative.

“Yes we are going to support Habib as well just like we have done with the others,” Our aim is to support every Ghanaian boxer. Assured the President Stephen Ashie.

The union have represented in every single event since it’s inauguration and some mentions are;

Ghana @ 60 fight night promoted by the Errol and Streetwise Promotions on the 11-03-2017.

Also on 17 of March 2017, the union supported Box Office’ Promotions during Habib Ahmed vrs Philip Kotey’s main bout.

They equally represented at the Azumah Nelson’s fight night promoted by Hemann Promotions 01-04-2017 when Oluwaseun and Abraham Osei Bonsu fought.

On 16th June 2017, they pitted the drums in support of Lions Promotions Obodai Sai against Walter Kautomdokwo for the WBO middleweight African title.

The subsequent month 22-07-2017, saw the silky powerful voices of the supporters union at it again, this time Rising Star Promotions, Isaac Dogbe and Javier Nicholas Charcon.

Most of us recall  how they lighted the Box office promotion’s bout between Braimah Kamoko better known as Bukom Banku and  Bastie Samir.

Most recent event was the fight organized by Rising Star Promotions between Isaac Dogbe and Cesar Juarez and one can vouch without a shred of doubt how quintessential they were and have being to Ghanaian pugilist and the boxing fraternity as a whole.

Ghana boxing is on the rise and they are undoubtedly a major stakeholder in that regard as the union  have eliminated those days that pugilist got overwhelmed by mere stage freights.

Corporate Ghana, I rest my case.
