The Ghana Boxing Federation (GBF), the umbrella body for amateur boxing in Ghana has released their programme line-up of activities leading to their elective congress slated for December 18, 2021.
In a press statement signed by the Federation’s General Secretary, Patrick Anyidoho Coffie, the Federation outlined a series of programmes that will proceed the congress.
The process began with two executive meeting at the Federation’s Secretariat in Accra on October 19, 2021 and November 2, 2921 where the modalities for the election were drawn.
The body subsequently opened up nomination for the respective positions on November 8, 2021.
Nominations will close on November 25, 2021. Submission of delegate registration forms will also be closed that same day.
The Federation will then meet on November 29 to review and access the process before the December 18 congress.
