Ghana Boxers Abdul Wahid and Jesse Lartey Shine at 2019 African Games
Four Ghanaian Boxers have qualified so far, at the time of filing this report.

4.Omar Abdul Wahid (63kg Lightweight)
Three Black Bombers will be in action today, Friday at the 2019 Africa Games in Rabat, Morocco.
Medal hopeful, Abdul Wahid Omar returns to action after his victory yesterday whilst Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, Jessie Lartey makes his AG debut, same as Anani Kutsoke.
Wahid Omar who also won bronze at the 2014 Commonwealth Games advanced to the next round alongside Commonwealth Games 2018 teammates, Jessie Lartey and Sulemanu Tetteh as well as new entrant, Shakul Samed, a kid brother of the famous Samir brothers.

Meanwhile, Ghana based Togolese pro boxer, John ‘Africa Mike Tyson’ Koudeha loses 0-5 to Ouma George Cosby of Kenya at the 2019 Africa Games in Rabat, Morocco.
Omar Abdul Wahid (Ghana) won 4-1 over Bin Khayr Abdlbasit (Libya) in the Men’s Light Weight 63kg and had a lot of cheers.
Hamout Mohammed (Morocco) won 4-1 over Addo Yaw Samuel (Ghana) in the Men’s Feather Weight 57kg.
Tabi Sofiane (Algeria) won 5-0 over Ghana’s Quartey Abubakari Kwasi in the Men’s Middleweight 75kg.
