The Ghana National Individual Championship tournament used to select members into the national boxing team, Black Bombers, is expected to come off next week.
This year’s edition is especially vital as it will lead to the selection of boxers who will represent Ghana at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, UK.
According to the PRO of GBF Mr. JoJo Ephson, the event with take place on Thursday 16th February and on Friday 17th at the Accra Sports Stadium (Sports Hall) at 2.00pm prompt and the final selection will be on Saturday 18th February at the Bukom Square at 6.00pm.
Boxing lovers will be thrilled as fighters will be participating from all 16 regions of Ghana
The heat is on as various clubs have intensified training in hope of capturing top spots.
