GBA Presents Gifts of Encouragement To Isaac Dogboe Ahead of January 6 Clash

The Board of Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) visited Isaac Dogboe (17-0, 11KOs) at his final training session on Wednesday afternoon at his private gym in North Kaneshie.

Dogboe will be battling Mexico’s Cesar ‘Carozon’ Juarez (20-5, 15KOs) for the interim WBO World super bantamweight belt on January 6th at the Bukom Boxing.

The top hierarchy of the GBA led by Peter Zwennes were at Dogboe’s gym and they presented assorted items to the former Olympian.

“As part of the association’s support we are here to offer our support to Isaac Dogboe ahead of his upcoming bout,”Zwenness told the media.

“Dogboe is a quality boxer and we are confident he will make us (Ghanaians) proud by winning the title,” he added.

Dogboe in his speech promised to defend the flag of Ghana on January 6th.

The 23 year hard puncher added that, he is ready to battle Juarez on the said night and he is optimistic of a victory against the Mexican.
