The management of promotional hub E&J promotions have issued a disclaimer on an earlier story by our most authentic and peerless outfit on their flagship boxer Wasiru Mohammed alias Gyatabi.
In a two paragraph disclaimer, The promotional hub stated:
“Contrary to press reports, E&J promotions and Team Wasiru disassociates itself from the false reportage which stated, “Wasiru to fight Lane for a Commonwealth Title.”
There has been no official confirmation of a Commonwealth Title Fight from management between Wasiru Mohammed and Ashley Lane.
Wasiru will be making the defence of his WBO Africa Super Bantamweight Title and details will be released in due course. If there are enquiries to be made, Interested persons should contact management for further clarification and details. By Management.” the statement concluded.
