Ebenezer Okine is the trainer of current International Boxing Organization International Feathereeight Titlist, the Nigerian born Ghana based Felix Williams who is set to defend his title against Josh Wale on Friday 29, November 2019 at the Ponds Forge Arena, Sheffield, Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

Boxing Ghana’ s Samuel Ofosuhene caught up with the very experienced young looking trainer Ebenezer Okine who knows Josh Wale inside out ahead of the titanic clash.

The trainer is very optimistic of victory come fight night though hesitant to predict a KO and is relishing the opportunity to avenge his previous defeat against Wale when his boxer Ekow Wilson suffered a TKO defeat under 3 minutes in round one.

Wale defeated Ghana’s Ayittey Mettle in the early stages of his career on May 17, 2008 via a TKO at the Platinum Suite, Bramall Lane Football Ground, Sheffield, Yorkshire in the UK. His most recent victim was Ekow Wilson whom he KOed in his last but one fight on Friday 5, July 2019 at the same venue.

The 31 year old self styled ‘The Outlaw’ Josh Wale will come face to face against a better opposition in Felix Williams, the current defending champion with a respectable record of 28 victories, 21 by way of KOs and a defeat compared to that of Josh Wale’s 29 victories with 11 losses and two draws.

But Coach Ebenezer Okine is very optimistic of victory this time around with Felix Williams who is the defending champion going into the encounter
