CAPTAIN SULEMANU TETTEH HONOURED BY BESASAKA

The captain of the Black Bombers, Sulemanu Tetteh has not been left out of the praises been showered on the Black Bombers following their heroic showdown at the just ended Tokyo Olympics.

Sulemanu Tetteh who doubles as a member of the national prison service and a boxer was shown much love by Besasaka for his determination and showcase of sportsmanship.

Sulemanu Tetteh’s efforts at the Olympics caught the eyes of many including Besasaka who honoured him for fighting gallantly to raise the flag of Ghana high.

During the honouring process, Captain Sulemanu was given the opportunity to share his experience with Besasaka Ambassadors among which was Caleb Mensah, James Okoe, Bright Okoe and Adolphous Armah who all took part in a summer training camp for Juvenile boxers in the region.

With his great experience gathered throughout his years as a boxer, a two time Olympian and service personnel, Sulemanu Tetteh remained excited at the sight of the juvenile boxers who shared their joy for having him visit.

“Train hard and forget about what everyone else will say. I never knew I will be going to the Olympics or win medals in my previous tournaments but with determination and a good coach and the help of Allah, see where we have gotten to. I urge you all to stay respectful and learn and you will go very far.” said Sulemanu to the juvenile boxers.
