The leadership of the Ghana Boxing Authority through its initiatives have made it clear to boxers, coaches and all other stakeholders of their intent to make Ghana boxing more attractive again.
After going all out to ensure the NHIS registered coaches and pro boxers, Mr. Abraham Kotei Neequaye and his abled board paid a visit to the camp of Alfred Lamptey, the contender for the WBO Youth World Title / WBC Youth World Silver titles.
With one of his visions clearly stated that he wishes to see and ensure Ghanaian boxers win more world titles, GBA and its leadership has donated an amount of Ghc1,000 to team Lamptey to aid in their title race preparations.
This gesture truly shows how Mr. Neequaye is into the prosperity of Ghana boxing and has promised more of such in the coming days.
Alfred Lamptey who promised Ghanaians a knock out during their press briefing also entreated all to come early as they might miss the bout due to his planned quick stoppage.
As the leadership of GBA wished team Lamptey well on his journey to glory, they also entreated all to support Ghana boxing until the flag of Ghana is hoisted high once again by way of boxing.
