An Accra High Court on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 gave a judgment on the 2-Year Ban meted out by the GBA against Alex Ntiamoah-Boakye (Box Office Sports) and S 3 Promotions as follows;
- The ban has been set aside by the court.

The court has granted the GBA has an existing (working) constitution.

The GBA Board on after the service of judgment should within 14 days reconstitute the GBA board to be in conformity with the GBA constitution.

The President is restrained from holding himself as the head of the secretariat (i.e. stop running the day-to-day administration of the GBA), among other reliefs.
