Bright Okoe is one of our highly skilled boxers, described by coach Asare as the same level with elite boxers except he’s younger!

He is a member of the National Juvenile Team and committed to learning.

Bright Okoe has been learning boxing alongside his brother James Okoe and Cousin Caleb Mensah at the Wisdom Boxing Gym.

Bright is related to former Ghanaian professional boxer Ayi Bruce.

His talent and skills has led to many of his friends joining him to learn boxing at Wisdom.

He shared this last year about himself

“I call myself Tsatsu [Ant Boy] but my parents named me British Okoe .

I am 12 years and I stay at Palladium.

I train at Wisdom Boxing Gym.

When I get home, I eat and rest.

I stay with father Bro Moses.

I am fighting boxing because my brother is also a boxer, he is called Paa T

I want to be solider and boxing can make this possible.

I am smallish but I train everyday to become strong.

I am in class Five, at St. Mary public school.”

Bright Okoe measures his achievements in the year under review as “In 2021 I had a certificate from the GABA Juvenile tournament.”
