The world of sports, among other numerous activities, has been brought to a halt for few months now by the novel covid 19.

Many sporting activities has greatly been distorted with regards to schedules and contracts signed prior to the global pandemic. Even though certain sports activities like soccer has resumed in certain countries on the globe, boxing is yet to resume, as lovers of the ,sweet science, are waiting eagerly to see the first bout that will make way for other fights as well.

In a tweet yesterday, Andy Ruiz Jnr hinted of a resumption in the square ring next month (June) which indicates the forthcoming of series of bouts awaiting on the calendar.

“Latest news is that we’ll see boxing matches as soon as June. Possibly in Vegas or Florida. What fights do you want to see this summer?” Andy “Destroyer” Ruiz Jr tweeted.

There are series of bouts awaiting to hit the world immediately a green light is given. Among these are Tyson Fury vs. Deontay Wilder, Anthony Joshua vs. Kubrat Pulev, Dillian Whyte vs. Alexander Povetkin, Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano, Joe Joyce vs. Daniel Dubois, Denzel Bentley vs. TBA, Joshua Buatsi vs Opponent TBC (Light-Heavyweight) etc.
