All Set For Cabic Christmas Eve Fight Night Boxing at Bukom Boxing Arena

The third Cabic Boxing Promotions boxing bill dubbed Christmas Eve fight Night promises to be explosive and spectacular this evening, with two World Boxing Organisation (WBO) Africa title belts at stake.

Ghana’s Patrick Allotey will defend his super welterweight title against Sherif Kasongo from Congo DR but based in Zambia, while the pride of the fans, Richard Harrison also from Ghana defends his WBO heavyweight crown against Kenyan Police officer, Morris Okolla.

For boxing fans, it will be fireworks and fun galore, as they celebrate Christmas 2018 with a great boxing event at the Bukom Boxing Arena.

Allotey and Kasongo weighed at 150.5 pounds each, while Morris Okola weighed at 237.5 pounds and the Ghanaian champion weighed 240 pounds.

Ellis Quayem a director of Cabic said it will be explosive, and urged fans to come as there will be more fan with entertainment.

Ivan Bruce Cudjoe CEO of Cabic Promotions expressed that it will be spectacular..

Samir Captan adviced the boxers to be disciplined and train harder as it is not easy to be at the top and be rated among the best in the world.

Yoofi Boham who spoke on behalf of the GBA urged corporate Ghana to support sports, especially boxing, the sport that has given the nation many world champions.

In other fights Emmanuel Quaye will face Dan Aduku for the national middleweight title, super bantamweight Charles Amarteifio clashes with Victor Kuwornu, featherweight Solomon Martey versus David Kotey and Michael Tagoe against Amartey Tagoe in a bantamweight contest.

Emmanuel Quartey aka Akuffo Addo will meet Samuel Akrogo in a featherweight contest, before Frank Dodzie squares up with Freddy Kiwitt from the UK in a super welterweight contest.

Rates are 20ghc, 30ghc and 50ghc.
