Press Release: ACE Power Promotions sign Daniel Aduku to 3-year deal
Accra (07/02/2020) – We are pleased to announce that ACE Power Promotions have signed a 3-year management and promotional deal with reigning Ghana middleweight champion, Daniel Aduku, effective immediately.
Aduku (11-2, 7 KOs), famously nicknamed ‘No Size’ began his pro career in August 2013 and has racked up 11 victories, drawn once with just two losses. He annexed his first career title in December 2018 when he defeated Emmanuel Quaye on points to win the Ghana middleweight title.
Now he joins the growing list of talented boxers in the ACE Power Promotions stable as we intensify the pursuit of creating many world champions for Ghana. For Aduku and ACE Power Promotions, the main target for both parties is a world title in the next 2-3 years.
“Its with great delight that we welcome Daniel Aduku to ACE Power Promotions. We have noticed his huge talent and how he works hard, we believe he can be groomed to bring honour to Ghana in the near future,” said Isaac Amankwaah, Director of Operations, ACE Power Promotions.
“We will ensure his training is on par with elite athletes in his division, make sure he’s getting the proper nutrition and also ensure he has the appropriate equipment for him to ply his trade.
“We will give him the needed exposure to fight world class boxers (foreign and domestic) so that he’s challenged and ready for the future. Our ultimate goal is for him to be based outside Ghana to enhance his abilities while training with other renowned boxers in his weight class.”
Said 31 year old Daniel Aduku:
“I want to win titles and I’m excited to sign and work with a big promotions company like this. I am looking forward to working with ACE Power to bring world titles to Ghana.
“I feel it will position me well to be able to take on bigger fights because even before I append my signature, my equipment for training and my training regime has changed and this is what I have been dreaming of.”
